    Grapes: 30% Montepulciano and 70% Sangiovese

    Fermentation and Aging: Vinified in the traditional red-wine methods, and then aged in oak casks.

    Tasting Notes: Ruby red color with violet hues. Ethereal bouquet, erbaceous and woody with a full bodied flavor and balanced tannins.

  • MERON I.G.T.

    Grapes: 100% Primitivo

    Fermentation and Aging: Vinified in stainless steel tank. The skins are left for 7 to 8 days in contact with the must at a temperature of 28-30 Celsius.

    Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with a full bodied and persistent scent of plums and cherries. Velvety smooth on the palate, with firm tannins.

    Food Complements: Very elegant red wine to accompany barbecues, pizza, and salami. Pasta with meat sauce and ratatouille.

  • CURTIRENE D.O.C.

    Grapes: 85% Negroamaro and 15% Malvasia Nera

    Fermentation and Aging: The wine is aged in barrique for 7 to 8 months and marketed only after a five months settling in bottles.

    Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red with light orange hues. Concentrated and persistent, with a hint of pepper and woodsy berries. The wine is dry, well structured with a slight bitter finish.

    Food Complements: Very elegant red wine to accompany strong roast dishes lamb, game birds and meat sauce pasta.

  • TRATTURO DEL RE

    A very delicate white wine obtained from Bombino grapes. Fermented and aged at low temperatures, soft pressed and refined inside temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This wine is golden in color with a fruity and harmonious bouquet.

  • IL FALCONIERE

    This wine is obtained by the immediate filtration of the juice, thus bottled when it is still sweet. During the stay in the bottle, a spontaneous fermentation occurs resulting in the aromas of honey and vanilla. A sumptuous nectar, crisp and gently fruited to be enjoyed in the spring.
